Louie’s BBQ Pit opened in March 2015 with the idea of bringing classic Texas- style smoked barbecue meat with a hint of Latin flavor together.  

Our small, casual eatery is located in the heart of West New York, New Jersey. Owned and managed by the owner, Luis Morilla (Big Lou).

All our beef and pork is USDA. Chicken is 100% natural. Beef, pork, and chicken are all home grown in the US.

Recently we were named on the Top 10 Restaurants in West New York by The Culture Trip. Come down and try our unique BBQ goodness

Big Lou was born in Cuba and raised in WNY, NJ. His passion for cooking came from his mother who taught him to cook traditional cuban dishes.
